ITINERARY
Day 1 — Arrival Day – Bangkok (Tuesday, October 13, 2026)
- Touch down in the vibrant city of Bangkok and transfer straight to our hotel in the lively Sukhumvit Soi 11 district. Known for its buzzing nightlife, eclectic eateries, bars and colourful streets, this neighbourhood gives you an instant taste of Thailand’s energy. After settling in, take a stroll, grab a local drink, or simply relax and adjust to the rhythm of Bangkok — the adventure is officially underway

Eleven Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit is your quieter respite and a gem among hotels in Bangkok Sukhumvit. Nestled in the iconic Sukhumvit Soi 11, you can find everything from buzzing nightlife to fine dining restaurants, local shopping outlets, massage spas, etc., within walking distance .

Day 2 — Tournament Round 1 (Monday, August 24, 2026)
- Our first round of golf takes us to the famed Royal Gems Golf City, one of the most interesting and imaginative layouts in Asia. The front nine provides a fun championship challenge, while the back nine is a remarkable replica of Augusta National, letting you “play the Masters” without crossing the Pacific. A unique experience, a spectacular setting, and the perfect way to start our golf journey.

Day 3 — Transfer to Hua Hin (Thursday, October 15, 2026)
- This morning we head south along the Thai coastline to the relaxed beach town of Hua Hin. The comfortable 2.5-hour drive brings us to a completely different pace of life, where seaside charm replaces Bangkok’s hustle. Tonight we visit the famous Hua Hin Night Market — a lively maze of food stalls, artisan crafts, music, and flavours that give a vivid glimpse into local life.

Day 4 — Tournament Round 2 (Friday, October 16, 2026)
- Today we tee off at Black Mountain Golf Club, a world-ranked gem consistently listed in the Top 100 courses worldwide. Rolling fairways, challenging bunkers, dramatic mountain backdrops and immaculate greens make every hole memorable. This is championship golf at its best, and you’ll quickly understand why golfers from around the world put Black Mountain on their bucket list.

Black Mountain’s distinctive 3 nines are challenging, yet highly enjoyable to play for golfers of all abilities and the course is famous for hosting many Asian Tour and European Tour events.
Ranked #59 in Golf Digest’s World Top 100 in 2018, after being awarded “Best Course in Thailand” in 2016, Black Mountain is renowned for its 5 star golfing experience, the year-round quality of the course, and the beautiful sweeping vistas.
Day 5 — Tournament Round 3 (Saturday, October 17, 2026)
- Pineapple Valley
Pineapple Valley
Established in 2009 on former pineapple fields, the course was thoughtfully designed by Thailand’s number one golf course architect, Pirapon Namatra to maximize the use of the natural terrain. Named “The Best Golf Club Experience in Asia Pacific” and listed in the “Top 1,000 in the World by Rolex”. Voted best golf club in Thailand 2023 by Golfasian’s 15,000 golfers.
The championship 18-hole golf course Pineapple Valley Golf Club was designed by Thailand’s number one golf course architect Pirapon Namatra.
The course is known for providing a challenging round of golf for golfers of all skill levels. All amidst a stunning natural setting on a hill,
with wide panoramas overlooking the valley and even the Gulf of Thailand.
Day 6 — Vientene Laos (Sunday, October 18, 2026)
- After breakfast we travel back to Bangkok and board our short one-hour flight to Vientiane, capital of Laos. With visas included, the arrival process is seamless, and we transition into the tranquil Lao lifestyle. The contrast between bustling Thailand and laid-back Vientiane sets the tone for a fascinating cultural shift as our adventure continues.
La Poet Hotel
Set the heart of Vientiane City and offering a fresh take on a city hotel, this property draws inspiration from 1930’s Indochine design interspersed with modern, creative touches. Previously the home of a well-known Laotion poet, it comprises 55 guestrooms and suites spread out over eight floors, each with a special touch. The rooftop infinity edge swimming pool, replete with a bar and breathtaking views overlooking the Mekong River and the city is not to be missed at sunset.
Day 7 — Tournament Round 4 (Monday, October 19, 2026)
- We start the day at Lakeview Golf Club, where broad fairways and serene water surrounds create a peaceful golfing environment. After the round, we head into Vientiane for a guided city and temple tour, discovering local history, sacred Buddhist architecture, and mesmerizing markets. The blend of sport and culture makes for a rewarding and enriching day.
Lakeview Golf Club
Lakeview Vientiane Golf Club is a modern resort course located within Vientiane City. Designers have used clever mounding and earthworks to transform a flat field into an exciting and challenging golf course.
Now a series of human-made lakes frame each hole. The undulated greens are surrounded by steep bunker complexes to ward off approaching shots and keep scores above par. Lakeview Vientiane is well maintained and uses the latest in Paspalum grass to keep playing surfaces constant throughout the year.
The Laos golf course is more interesting than most due to many of the trees that come into play. Service enhancements and other facilities bring the Lakeview Vientiane Golf Club up to the highest standards in Laos.
Day 8 — Tournament Round 5 (Tuesday, October 20, 2026)
- Long Vien awaits us this morning — a well-regarded layout offering smooth greens, clever course design and an enjoyable golfing rhythm. Afterwards, we wrap up the day with dinner and drinks at the 360 rooftop bar. With sweeping views of the city and a relaxed atmosphere, it’s the ideal place to unwind, laugh, and enjoy great company.
Long Vien Golf Club
Long Vien Golf Course is the first 27-hole course in Laos. The original 18 opened in 2012 and the second 18 in 2016. The Laos golf course located in a special duty-free zone 16 kilometers outside Vientiane and 1 kilometer from the Mekong River which separates Thailand and Laos.
The Vientiane Golf Course is laid out on basically flat topography. Humanmade mounding, water features, intricate sharp-lipped bunker complexes provide the main challenges. Mature trees, flowering plants, and red-grass water areas from most of the holes. The all Paspalum grassed course ensures good playing conditions year round. At 7,538 yards from back tees, Long Vien plays a plays very long par-72.
Day 9 — Luang Prabang (Wednesday, October 21, 2026)
- A short 45-minute flight transports us to one of Southeast Asia’s true treasures — Luang Prabang. This UNESCO World Heritage city charms with its French-Lao architecture, quiet streets and riverside beauty. In the afternoon we explore Kuang Si Waterfall, a stunning cascade of turquoise pools surrounded by jungle. It’s one of the most photographed places in Laos and often the highlight of the trip. Less than an hour away from Luang Prabang, Kuang Si Falls is known for its milky turquoise waters. There are multiple pools scattered throughout the area; the main pool has rope swings, and an overhanging tree limb from which you can jump into the water.
Villa Malay Boutique Hotel
Once the home of Lao royalty, Villa Maly, located in the historic UNESCO protected zone, is today an exquisite boutique hotel surrounded by a tropical garden. The rooms are elegant and comfortable with a hint of history and creative touches. Our property’s style is prevalent throughout with an original blend of French furnishings from Colonial times. The ambiance is residential, as you will feel like home.
Day 10 — Tournament Round 6 (Thursday, October 22, 2026)

Luang Prabang Golf Club
Luang Prabang Golf Club is a world class premier golf course located in Luang Prabang, Laos, a UNESCO world heritage town.
The hills and valleys overlooking the Great Mekong River provide a magnificent setting for this truly unique golf course, with a highly strategic and challenging 18-Hole, par 72 championship golf course with 7,443 yards layout. There are spectacular views over the picturesque heritage town and the course layout is reminiscent of an established mountain links.
The holes are both memorable and well designed, undulating fairways and well protected greens. Multiple varieties of trees, shrubs and natural vegetation add seasonal color to the verdant splendor of the golf course.
Day 11 — Departure Day (Friday, October 23, 2026)
- Fly to Bangkok – 1.5 hour flight.
We wrap up our journey with a smooth 1.5-hour flight back to Bangkok. As the tour concludes, take a moment to appreciate the incredible golf, culture, cuisine and camaraderie we’ve enjoyed. This trip has delivered world-class courses, immersive cultural experiences, and lasting memories shared among new friends — a true golfing adventure across two remarkable countries.
